Title: Night Warehouse Manager
Location: Columbia, SC area
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee night shift operations at a high-volume distribution facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and develops future leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 60–70 selectors on the night shift
- Sun–Thurs schedule, 4pm start time, 50+ hrs/week
- Manage and mentor Warehouse Supervisors , with a strong focus on leadership development
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking, loading, and shipping
- Partner closely with the Director to drive operational excellence
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
