What you'll do

Oversee all back-end operations to broadcast a high-quality live news show on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Turn live shows into sharp, bite-sized content with social-native graphics optimized for each platform
Set up our New York-based production space—advise on the best camera, lighting, and audio gear and help design the set from scratch
Assist in booking guests for the show and manage logistics and communication with their teams
Collaborate with the host on segment structure, show flow, and overall production strategy

Qualifications

3+ years of hands on experience video and audio editing with a strong focus on engaging, social-first content
Strong working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio gear, with confidence managing complete production setups
Experience running the back end of live streams, including real-time graphics - on major social platforms.
Experience booking guests or booking high profile interviews
Solid understanding of the tech industry and business news cycle
Calm under pressure and quick on deadlines
Strong organizational skills; a solution-oriented attitude; enthusiasm to show initiative and take charge; extraordinary creativity.
