Job Title: Sales Associate (Luxury Retail)
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: March/April (potential to transition to full-time)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Sales Associate to join a luxury retail team in Palo Alto. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys creating an exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client service and build lasting customer relationships
- Support daily sales floor operations and ensure merchandise is beautifully presented
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively assist and engage customers
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assist with stock organization and replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain store standards
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or client service experience, ideally in a luxury or premium environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional, and proactive demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed
Schedule: Full-time hours, approximately 40 hours per week
