What You Will Be Doing
- Structuring ongoing reporting and tracking of product data into meaningful dashboards, reports and other tools
- Data would include system performance and health, end user support activity, adoption, platform client engagement, and measures of investment efficiency
- Create, review, and publish documentation for developers and clients of our platform capabilities and products
- Function as on-call for production rollouts and deployments
- Rotation and cross training to manage release night activity
- Create and manage a backlog of product enhancements for a particular area of the platform aligned to increasing operational efficiency, reporting and data.
- Partner with technology teams to deliver enhancements identified within backlog.
- Work with delivery organization to ensure platform client success
