💼 About the Role

As a Mid-Level Federal Tax Associate, you’ll work on high-stakes, complex matters alongside some of the most respected tax attorneys in the industry. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values your insights and empowers you to lead.

You bring:

• 3–5 years of federal income tax experience at a major law firm.
• Must have previous BigLaw experience
• Must have graduated from a top law school
• Expertise in multiple areas such as: Domestic & cross-border M&A, Private equity, Real estate (REITs), Fund formation, Bankruptcy & workouts, Venture capital, Finance & capital markets etc.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Bar membership in New York or California.

Salary Range:

📍 New York, NY: $260,000 – $365,000

📍 Los Angeles, CA: $260,000 – $365,000

Additional compensation includes bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
