They are a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management.
Role:
- Source, screen, attract talent. Client engagement, intake calls with managers. Work with scheduling team
- Work through RSU buyouts
- Deal with closing, working through offer stage
- Stay engaged with candidates throughout the process
- 3+ years of experience minimum
Experience:
- Product
- Project management
- Ability to recruit for Product and Design
- UX, Content, Research
- Product managers
- Recruiter understands portfolio of designer is important
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer closure.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, policies, and controls.
- Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates using a wide range of channels.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and interviews, presenting top candidates to hiring managers and incorporating feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management, HR, and finance to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize the recruitment process and enhance client satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert in your areas of recruiting responsibility, staying informed on business changes and managing expectations for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent, timely communication, providing feedback, and appropriately managing all candidate dispositions.
- Effectively communicate career growth opportunities, benefits, and compensation to candidates, passionately representing the firm and the role.
- Facilitate compensation discussions with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful offer negotiations and closures.
