Key Responsibilities:
· Provide direct speech-language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
· Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
· Collaborate with school staff, families, and special education teams
· Attend and participate in ARD meetings (ARD paperwork handled by facilitator)
· Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
· Work independently and collaboratively, depending on campus assignment
· Participate in planning and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
Required:
· Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility (SLP, CF, or SLPA)
· SLPA candidates must have Texas public school experience
· Full-time availability
· Ability to work with specialized student populations, especially at JH/HS levels
· Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
· Comfortable managing a caseload weighted by student needs rather than pure student count
