Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000 , plus sales commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and curate the wine program, including BTG selection, purchasing, and inventory
- Provide a world-class wine experience to guests through thoughtful pairings and personalized recommendations
- Lead wine education and training for FOH staff to ensure consistent excellence
- Build and maintain strong vendor and distributor relationships
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership to drive wine sales and profitability
Qualifications:
- Certified Sommelier (WSET Level II preferred)
- Proven success in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong wine knowledge across regions and varietals, with a focus on guest engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a polished presentation
