- Break down business challenges and design scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Act as the lead expert for CPQ—guiding workshops, validating requirements, and supporting delivery teams.
- Create data architectures, integration strategies, and automation frameworks for quoting, billing, and service workflows.
- Build technical prototypes and reusable solution components, and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
- Support sales cycles by contributing to estimates, design proposals, and client-facing technical discussions.
- Establish development standards, governance models, and DevOps processes using tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Mentor team members and support internal enablement through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Experience
- 8+ years working with Salesforce, including 5+ years designing and delivering CPQ solutions.
- Experience leading large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs, particularly involving CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Deep understanding of product configuration, pricing logic, approvals, and overall Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Strong grasp of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service architectural components.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, custom development, and AppExchange applications.
- Background working within Agile teams and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting technical solutions to senior leaders.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce certifications including CPQ Specialist/Advanced, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, Platform App Builder, or Architect-level credentials.
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, Advanced Approvals, OmniStudio, or revenue recognition systems.
- Prior consulting experience supporting enterprise clients.
