Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused environment.

Type: Full-time; Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Greene Resources is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team! We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support high-level engineering recruitment efforts onsite in Durham. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, scheduling, and managing candidates for critical engineering positions in both Durham, NC and Houston, TX. Job Description:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment for high-level engineering roles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms for niche technical positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with job postings, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
• Provide a seamless and professional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support additional HR administrative functions as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Durham, NC.
• Experience supporting multi-site recruitment is a plus.
