The Role

Real Estate Associate - Columbus, Ohio - $205,000 - $220,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Real Estate Law firm in their award-winning Real Estate team at their office in Columbus, Ohio.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded Real Estate practice in Columbus and other offices who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through the national and global platforms.

The Candidate

• Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years experience from a comparable law firm
• Transactional experience, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and lending
• Experience or an understanding of disputes that may arise is preferred
• Previous experience gained from a similar and highly regarded Law firm
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in Ohio
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
