Project Manager
Northwest Indiana | Full-Time
As a Project Manager , you’ll oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are consistently met. You’ll serve as the primary client contact while coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage contracts, change orders, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and quality expectations
- Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day project progress
- Build strong client relationships and provide regular updates
- Mentor and support project teams
- Oversee closeout activities and ensure smooth handover
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or restoration
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and construction documents
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to travel to job sites across Northwest Indiana
