Must-haves
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program.
- Physician Assistant License (California). Physician Assistant National Certificate required at hire
- Basic Life Support National Provider Identifier (NPI)

- Physician Assistant License (California) required at hire
- Physician Assistant National Certificate required at hire
- Basic Life Support
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
- Fluoroscopy Permit required, or must be obtained within 18 months from the date of hire in Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology only.
- May be required to have experience and competency in performing specific tasks required by department.
Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
