Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific conditions and enhance physical function.
Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual and group settings.
Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve physical function and prevent injury.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families to promote well-being and coping strategies.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of CA.
1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
BLS/CPR certification required.
Valid CA Driver’s license.

Mandatory TB (within the last year) OR Chest X-ray (within the last 5 years)
MMR immunization or titer showing immunity prior to your Orientation Date
Varicella immunization or titer showing immunity prior to your Orientation Date
Hep B immunization or titer showing immunity prior to your Orientation Date
TDAP vaccination or declination prior to your Orientation Date
Yearly Influenza vaccination or declination prior to your Orientation Date
COVID vaccination or declination prior to your Orientation Date
