Minimum 10 to 12 years’ experience working in Development ,Support & Enhancement type of project in Peoplesoft HR, Payroll, Time & Material modules.
PeopleSoft HCM experience should include extensive working on Core HR, NA Payroll ,Benefits in the capacity of techno-functional consultant
This is a lead role to be hands-on development work as well as manage team of offshore resources based in IndiaPreparation of Estimation, SOW's, good communication with leadership and client stakeholders.
Must have worked on Production support projects, good problem solving skills, well aware of SLAs, used ticketing tool like ServiceNow.
Extensive work Experience with People Code, App Engines reports, Integration broker, SQR and other Peoplesoft development tools.
Preparation and Presentation of WSR's MSR""s etc for PeopleSoft.
Should have experience in working independently with customer, including taking requirements till deployment as well as manage work of offshore team. Guide offshore team on solution and quality of work
Follows Quality process.
Must possess excellent communication skills and lead role
