Job Title: IT Engineer – Oracle ERP / PL/SQL
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Customer is seeking an experienced IT Engineer (Oracle ERP / PL/SQL) with strong domain knowledge in supply chain, order management, shipping, and inventory functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, ERP modules, integrations, and data analysis, along with the ability to design functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
- 9+ years of IT experience
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Supply Chain
- Order Management (OM)
- Shipping
- Inventory Management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle PL/SQL & SQL
- Oracle ERP modules (OM, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving)
- Java and integration technologies
- Solid data analysis skills
- Experience designing solution options and authoring functional specifications
- Ability to write technical user stories for development & QA teams
- Experience with test-case creation, QA support, and issue resolution
- Ability to validate developed capabilities and provide demos to stakeholders
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
