To succeed in this position, you will need a High School Diploma and the requisite experience of over 8 years. The required technical skills include MD-102, Security+, Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Server Administration. You must possess a TS/SCI security clearance.

The essential skills and abilities you should demonstrate include performing Windows system administration functions in support of a global Active Directory infrastructure within a mixed Windows environment, managing Group Policy Objects to maintain consistent system configurations and security compliance, and administering Windows Server environments with practical experience in Windows Server 2019 and 2022. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer service aptitude are also crucial.

Preferred skills include familiarity with Windows Server 2025 and relevant certifications such as CASP, CISSP, and CCNA.

This position will be located on the customer site in Newington, Virginia, and requires US Citizenship. The anticipated salary range for this role is between $127,500 and $172,500, with the final compensation determined based on factors such as experience, geographic location, and contractual obligations.
