About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations in Prudhoe Bay, AK, on a rotational schedule. This is a contract position with a competitive pay rate of $40/hour , ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery and readiness of equipment per operational demands
- Perform maintenance in line with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy
- Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log work orders, parts, labor, and performance history
- Adhere to Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset turnaround
- Participate in failure investigations and implement corrective actions
- Execute cost-saving projects, including repair and reuse of parts
- Maintain compliance with TLM Competency Management System
Qualifications
- Must be able to work a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotational schedule in Prudhoe Bay, AK
- Strong mechanical skills and experience with industrial or oilfield equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance documentation
- Ability to work independently and in remote, physically demanding environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
