Position Summary:

The Social Worker will provide supportive services to pediatric patients and their families in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, focusing on emotional, psychosocial, and resource-based needs. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work ( MSW )
• Active LSW or LCSW license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in medical social work , particularly in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• A naturally empathetic , team-oriented, and collaborative approach

Preferred:

• Experience with pediatric populations
