Copperfalls Spa and Salon in Castle Rock is a busy, established day spa seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our professional, quality-driven team. We provide an environment where therapists focus on massage therapy—not scheduling, laundry, or payment processing.

We welcome Massage Therapists at all stages of their career. Newly licensed therapists with solid fundamentals, emotional intelligence, and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Experienced therapists will appreciate an environment that respects expertise, consistency, and high standards of care.

This position is best suited for therapists who are professional, coachable, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is not a volume-only position. Quality, guest trust, and long-term growth matter here.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $47–$74 per service + tips.
• Add-on and retail commission.
• Paid training + 90-day hourly guarantee.

Schedule:

• Sunday & Monday: 9:00–5:00.
