Professional Land Surveyor
Land Surveying- Professional Land Surveying- Engineering
Our client in the local area is actively seeking to add an experienced Land Surveyor. The qualified candidate is a licensed land surveyor in the state of Montana.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct, prepare, review, and modify boundary surveys, construction staking projects, floodplain surveys, ALTA surveys, land subdivisions for a variety of clients (commercial, municipal and residential).
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Understand construction practices related to construction layout
- Understand state and local regulations regarding surveying
- Responsible for project schedules and completion of projects on deadline
- Effectively communicate information to staff, clients, and principals
Requirements:
- Professional Land Survey (PLS) License
- BA/BS degree
- Must have Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with relevant software programs; AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, GPS
- Approximately Four (4) or more years’ experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
