Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Instructor to develop and deliver parts and technical certification courses for compact construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine systems and a strong ability to train and engage audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver certification courses for compact construction equipment.
Work with instructional designers to create training materials and content .
Collaborate with dealers and internal personnel to align training deliverables.
Lead training sessions for both large and small audiences.
Maintain technical expertise in hydraulics, electrical systems, power train, and engines .
Required Skills & Experience:
Practical experience with construction equipment systems (hydraulics, electrical, power train, and engines).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate within a team and lead projects to completion.
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously .
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in instructional design, curriculum development, or training .
Experience working with dealers or heavy equipment customers .
Familiarity with roadbuilding and site development applications .
