We’re urgently staffing a Home Health / Hospice Aide to support Kaiser locations in San Jose & Oakland . Help patients safely in their homes during critical seasonal demand.

Requirements:
• CNA/HHA certification (CA)
• Experience in home health or hospice preferred
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and ready to support patients in the community
