About the Role

Pay range and compensation package
Starting at $25–$30 per hour, plus 5 performance-based bonus programs.

- Deliver high-quality cleaning services in residential homes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.

Qualifications
- Prior residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we offer a Certified comprehensive training program.
- Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Physical stamina and motivation to stay active throughout your workday.
