Our client—a leading developer in the multifamily space—is seeking a General Superintendent to lead the field operations of a high-profile, ground-up multifamily project valued at over $85 million .

Key Responsibilities:
- Field Leadership & Oversight: Direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, proactively identifying and resolving delays or conflicts.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage daily activities of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to scope.
- Site Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations. Promote a culture of safety across the site.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure all work meets design specifications and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary on-site liaison between ownership, project management, design teams, and field personnel.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Anticipate challenges and lead real-time problem-solving efforts to keep the project on track.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead field staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable jobsite culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of Superintendent experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
- Proven success managing projects valued at $85M+.
- Strong command of construction sequencing, safety standards, and field coordination.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
