What You’ll Do:
• Own the full preconstruction process
• Lead estimating teams & deliver competitive bids/proposals
• Advance digital tools + Lean approach
• Impact commercial and healthcare projects
What You Need:
10+ years estimating experience
Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering
Strong software + Excel skills
