Job Description

Our client, New Jersey–based company apparel brand is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk focusing on Purchase Orders and EDI based out of their Avenel, NJ warehouse . This role is responsible for managing data entry into the AS400 mainframe system, ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders, EDI transactions, and import documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, prior experience working with POs/EDI systems, and the ability to support import and costing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders (POs) and EDI information into the AS400 system, including updates and corrections from customers.
• Input container and bill of lading (B/L) details into AS400.
• Update costing information in the system accurately and promptly.
• Create company purchase orders based on customer orders.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary between $39,000 – $45,000
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage (eligible after 6 months)
