Job Description
Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Hartford, WI with their search for a Customer Service Representative. This is a direct hire opportunity (permanent from day one) with 8:00am-5:00pm hours. The role is 100% onsite. Compensation is estimated at $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Process customer orders, track and expedite orders as needed
- Coordinate and follow up with external careers to ensure delivery
- Document records in ERP and Excel software
- Assist with basic invoicing, account follow-ups, and general clerical tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of prior B2B customer service experience required
- Prior manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
- ERP experience highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
