Our client, in the food and beverage CPG space, is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for the busy holiday season. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team environment while helping customers during peak operations. Shopify experience is required.

Customer Service Representatives – Seasonal (Onsite)

Location: Cedar Grove, NJ (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Timeline: Training begins October 20 , active work period October 27 – December 24

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy
• Place and track customer orders
• Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Support with ad-hoc customer service requests as needed

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience (Shopify and OMS experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Must be available for on-site work in Cedar Grove, NJ, throughout the assignment
