• Worksite Location: Grand Rapids, MN
• Compensation: $50,000 annually

What you’ll do as the Customer Service Representative:

• Support and manage current client accounts
• Quote and issue new policies
• Coordinate with carrier partners
• Maintain accurate records in agency systems

What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Representative role:

• 2+ years of insurance experience
• Current MN insurance license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and organizational skills
