Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a global industrial/manufacturing organization with U.S. headquarters in Houston, TX. This is a high-visibility contract role where you will embed directly with the Talent Acquisition Director and partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver on critical recruitment needs.
This project is fast-paced and diverse, covering both corporate and technical/manufacturing requisitions. The recruiter will be a trusted advisor, responsible for driving candidate pipelines, improving processes, and ensuring a strong experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of requisitions across corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT) and technical/manufacturing roles.
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate management, and offer support.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively source passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Partner with the TA Director to prioritize requisitions and align sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Provide weekly progress reports on sourcing metrics, interviews, candidate flow, and challenges.
- Represent the organization’s employer brand professionally to all candidates.
- Utilize the company’s ATS (training provided) alongside your own sourcing expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting
- Strong background managing multiple requisitions across corporate and technical functions.
- Proven sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, market mapping).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers and executives.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with experience producing clear recruiting progress reports.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid on-site model (Houston HQ).
