A high-performing M&A team is hiring a mid-level associate to join their Washington, DC office. The work is complex, fast-moving, and commercially significant. You’ll advise clients across sectors including, life sciences, defense, tech, consumer products, and manufacturing on public and private M&A, strategic partnerships, and governance matters.
You’ll be expected to manage deal flow, draft and negotiate key documents, and advise on regulatory and compliance issues. Cross-border exposure is common, and you’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders on transactions that carry weight.
Requirements:
This is a role for someone who’s confident in their ability to deliver, comfortable taking ownership, and ready to work on high-stakes matters.
