Our client—a purpose-driven lifestyle and wellness brand experiencing rapid growth—is hiring a Commercial Counsel to join its dynamic in-house legal team.
This is a standout opportunity for a transactional attorney eager to work on a wide range of impactful legal matters, from supply chain and vendor negotiations to international operations and data privacy. You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to build scalable practices and support a mission rooted in mindfulness, sustainability, and global reach.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (including supply, manufacturing, logistics, SaaS)
- Advise on global operations, including privacy and data protection compliance
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and templates
- Support vendor relationships and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from a top law school
- 5–7 years of transactional experience, with both top law firm AND in-house employment
- Strong knowledge of international data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries is a plus
