Angott Search Group has partnered with Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union in their search for a Chief Lending Officer. This role is responsible for overseeing all lending operations within the Credit Union. This executive role ensures the development and execution of lending strategies, policies and procedures that drive profitable growth while managing credit risk. The CLO will work closely with the executive team to align the lending division’s objectives with the Credit Union’s overall goals, overseeing the performance of lending teams. These are to be completed in accordance with the Credit Union’s established policies, procedures and Core Values.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Pacific Coast Banking school or post graduate degree preferred.
