Position Overview : We are seeking skilled CDL drivers to join our team. As a vital member of our fleet, you will play a crucial role across various divisions and job sites in our company
Responsibilitie s:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, hydrovac excavation trucks, and dump trucks.
- Transport heavy equipment along local Las Vegas area while adhering to state laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload heavy equipment as needed.
- Perform daily pre trip and post trip inspections.
- Communicate effectively with team members, foreman and superintendents.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the truck fleet.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor to include dismounting vehicle and assisting the construction team on the ground.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience in driving tractor-trailers, hydrovac trucks, or dump trucks is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating vehicles with manual transmissions.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and commercial driving regulations.
- Ability to load, unload and safely tie down heavy equipment.
- Experience in automotive repair is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads as necessary.
