Job Description
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while addressing their queries and concerns. You will engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with patience and understanding
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a call center representative or similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
