We’ve partnered with an elite boutique firm to fill an UNPOSTED role for a junior or midlevel Associate Attorney to join its robust bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership and creditors’ rights practice. The team is known for its sophisticated insolvency work and multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, litigation, and corporate law.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Represent debtors, trustees, receivers, and creditors in Chapter 7 & 11 proceedings, adversary actions, and out-of-court workouts
- Contribute to assignments for the benefit of creditors and receivership matters in state and federal court
- Work alongside respected leaders in the field, including attorneys who serve in fiduciary roles across California
- Gain broad exposure to complex financial restructuring matters early in your career
Specs:
- Base salary range: $210,000 - $265,000
- Hours-based bonuses range from $10,000 to $25,000 for every 50 hours at/over 1800
- Work/life balance: 1800 billables

Ideal Candidate:
- 1–5 years of bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership, and/or creditors’ rights experience
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
- California Bar admission
- Genuine interest in insolvency and fiduciary law
