Overview: Join a leading organization's Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team to drive Enterprise Agile Transformation. This high-impact, leadership role is crucial for pivoting the organization into a product-centric model. Your core mission will be to coach multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), mentor leadership, and actively launch and guide new, critical internal technology platform teams (like Data-as-a-Platform) in adopting a strategic, Lean-Agile operating model. We are looking for an exceptional SPC with a strong technology background who can both train and coach at an Enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Agile Coach within the LACE team, overseeing 3-4 ARTs and approximately 15-20 Agile teams.

• Coach ARTs, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and upper-level leadership on operating models, processes, and mindset.

• Play a heavy and active role in launching new internal-facing technology platform teams (e.g., data, storage, single sign-on).

• Apply product management principles to internal platforms, helping leaders shift from an operational-only focus to a strategic and operational mindset.

• Be qualified to teach and deliver certified SAFe trainings in-house, such as SAFe for Teams and Leaders (SPC certification is a must).

• Work across the organization to apply Lean-Agile principles to various process areas, optimizing the overall value stream and reducing waste.

• Customize and apply SAFe principles based on the organization's unique culture and context, going beyond a "black box" implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• SPC Certification (SAFe Program Consultant): Must be a current or recently certified SPC.

• Demonstrated Training Experience: Proven experience and qualification to teach certified SAFe courses (e.g., SAFe for Teams, LPM, Product Management).

• Agile Coaching Leadership Experience: Recent or current experience as an Agile Coach (not just a Scrum Master) operating at the Enterprise level.

• Strong Technology Background: Must possess sufficient technology knowledge to relate to and empathize with technology platform engineers (e.g., data platform, storage, API development).

• Coach/Mentor Experience: Demonstrated ability to not just train, but to coach teams on applying the knowledge, changing mindsets, and optimizing processes.

• Must have SAFe 6.0 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with internal products or technology platforms.

• Experience in healthcare insurance is helpful, but not required.

• Certification in SAFe 6.0.

• Experience with Lean-Agile principles applied to overall value stream optimization.
